In addition to the DEI Deep Dive Masterclass series offered through DTA, DMOs or travel organizations should consider working with a certified DEI consultant to conduct an organizational assessment to dive deeper into understanding and enhancing organizational culture.
The Diversity Tourism Academy offers a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion organizational assessment approach that fuses design thinking, change management, inclusion, and stakeholder intelligence. This approach will yield an unbiased assessment of the current state and galvanize alignment for a unified future.

The success of this effort hinges of the alignment of outcomes and buy-in amongst stakeholders on the future strategy, areas of optimization, and go-forward solutions.
During the workshop, stakeholders will be exposed to optimization opportunities based on data that illustrates the stakeholder’s collective voice.
This approach is used to facilitate this workshop. This democratic method ensures stakeholders have an equitable say in the outcomes. It unifies them around a common vision for the future, and the action plans needed to achieve it.
